Breakthrough Training Certification

CXO Collective leads an in-depth certification process for members who wish to either lead or participate in our client Breakthrough Sessions. Extensive training is provided for a fee to those members interested in mastering the BreakThrough Session (BTS) engagements.
As a result of this training, our members are capable of contributing their expertise to these in-depth, two-day sessions held with a business client and led by CXO Collective senior talent. At the root of our success, these sessions provide a thorough, systematic and proven process to gather requirements, identify roadblocks and brainstorm solutions with clients that result in a 90-day action plan.
